SOS Emergency Call provides the driver or vehicle occupant a connection to a trained agent that can direct emergency service providers to the vehicle’s location if required. This is done by a push of the SOS button located at the overhead console². This service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

If your vehicle is involved in a serious collision where an airbag deploys or impact sensors are triggered, Automatic Collision Notification (ACN)³ is designed to initiate a voice call to a Lexus Emergency Assistance call centre agent. If required, the agent will contact emergency services (ambulance, fire and/or police) and provide them with your vehicle's location information. This service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Stolen Vehicle Tracking may assist in locating the vehicle when stolen. In coordination with the Emergency Call Centre and the police, the vehicle can potentially be recovered⁴. Upon receipt of a police report, the Emergency Call Centre can pass details of the vehicle's location to the police to assist with efforts to recover the vehicle. This service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
